You can access to previously unconscious material, attain powerful personal insight into emotional conflicts. Shifting your experience of self, at the centre of your heart is your authentic self, your true identity and who you really are at the deepest level of being.
Living from the Heartis a psychotherapeutic program led by Aisha Ali; who draws from a broad range of tools from Eastern and Western approaches to healing Mind, Spirit and Body, combining Integrative Psychotherapy, Body Psychotherapy, Dramatherapy, Breath work, Chi Kung , Yoga and Meditation and Pranic healing. Aisha has a deep grounding and understanding in Psychotherapy,
and meditation, she has a profound appreciation of how
diverse spiritual practices can be integrated into a healing modality.

Affirmations and Mirror work
Perhaps the most powerful way of using affirmations is to state them whilst
looking in the mirror. Some of the most important messages you have received
have been from people looking you straight in the eye. By looking yourself in
the eye as you state your affirmation you magnify the importance of the message
to yourself.
