A transformational weekend for couples ready to turn conflict into connection and rediscover the sacred potential of a relationship.
Over the years, I’ve sat with couples in quiet heartbreak and radiant repair.
What I’ve learned is this: relationships aren’t meant to be perfect.
They’re meant to wake us up — to our wounds, our longings, our deepest truths.
But without support, those sacred mirrors can turn into battlegrounds. We lose each other in cycles of blame, withdrawal, resentment, or silence. We forget the love that brought us together.
That’s why I created this workshop.
Meeting the Shadow in Love is a space to reconnect with yourself and your partner in a way that’s honest, healing, and profoundly real.
Over two days, we’ll gently explore the unconscious patterns that shape your connection — and how to move from protection to presence, from reaction to repair.
You’ll learn how to:
Transform conflict into connection through deeper listening
Understand and soften your nervous system’s survival responses
Explore the unmet needs, projections, and wounds that shape your dance
Reignite desire and emotional intimacy.
Practice conscious dialogue and relational repair.
Anchor the work with a closing sound bath ceremony.
This isn’t therapy as usual.
It’s a ritual container for relational truth, courage, and growth.
Held with care. Grounded in presence. Rooted in transformation.
Join me for a powerful two-day couples intensive designed to help you move from reactivity to conscious relating. This workshop combines relational psychotherapy, shadow work, and energy healing to help couples break old cycles and discover a new way of being together.
