Living from the Heart is a psychotherapeutic program led by Aisha Ali; who draws from a range of tools from Eastern and Western approaches to healing Mind, Spirit and Body, combining Integrative Mind / Body Psychotherapy, Dramatherapy, Breath work, Chi Kung , Yoga, kundalini, Meditation and Pranic healing.
Aisha has a deep grounding and understanding in using Psychotherapy, Breathwork, meditation and energy work. She has a profound appreciation of how these emotional, mental, energetic ,physical and spiritual practices can be integrated into a healing modality.
