London, UK & Worldwide Couples Therapy Group online

A 6-week online group for couples ready to rebuild trust, deepen intimacy, and create a new shared direction.

When love is still there, but something is no longer working

Many couples still love each other deeply, yet feel caught in cycles of tension, withdrawal, resentment or loneliness. The relationship can begin to feel heavy with hurt, misunderstanding, old defences, or the quiet fear that something precious is being lost.

At this point, what is needed is not more talking in circles, nor another attempt to manage the symptoms. What is needed is a different kind of space — one that helps you understand what is happening beneath the surface, and supports you to create something more truthful, connected and alive,. Communicate without it escalating,

Couples Therapy Group
A six-week online group for couples who want to rebuild trust, deepen intimacy, and find a more truthful way forward.

When love is still present but the way you are living together no longer works, it can be hard to know where to begin.

Perhaps you are caught in the same argument again and again. Perhaps one of you pursues conversation while the other withdraws. Perhaps there has been hurt, disappointment, distance, a loss of desire, or a growing fear that something precious is slipping away.

This is not a course in communication techniques or a space for pretending everything is fine. It is a small, carefully facilitated online group for couples who want to understand the pattern between them and practise a different way of meeting one another.

Across six live weekly sessions, you and your partner will have structured guidance, reflection, and private breakout-room conversations. Most of the deeper work happens between the two of you; you decide what, if anything, you share with the wider group.

The aim is not perfect agreement. It is to help you recognise the cycles that leave one or both of you feeling unheard, defensive, alone, or shut down—and to create more safety for honesty, repair, tenderness, and connection.

For people who have not stopped loving each other, but have lost their way

What the Group?

This is not drop-in teaching, and it is not simply a relationship course. It is a carefully held 6-week online group experience for couples who want structured support, meaningful reflection, and real movement in the way they relate to one another.

Each week builds on the last. The programme is designed to help couples move from reactivity and disconnection toward greater safety, truth, responsibility, intimacy and shared vision.

Across the 6 weeks we move from mapping your current patterns, to understanding the wounds and longings underneath, to practising new ways of relating and creating a shared direction.

This is for couples who…

  • still love each other, but feel stuck in painful recurring patterns
  • are tired of the same arguments, distance or emotional deadness
  • want to rebuild trust after rupture, hurt or disappointment
  • are at a threshold in the relationship and need a new way forward
  • want depth, structure and accountability rather than vague inspiration
  • are willing to show up consistently over 6 weeks and do the work together

Is this the right setting?

This group is designed for couples who both want to work on the relationship and can participate safely and respectfully in a shared online setting.

It may not be the right starting point where there is current coercion, fear, violence, active untreated addiction, acute crisis, or legal proceedings between partners. In these circumstances, individual support, specialist services, or more intensive private work may be more appropriate.

A brief consultation before booking allows us to consider fit, readiness, and timing together.

New Life Together is a carefully held, deep relational process that uses group process and ongoing work to help couples move from survival patterns and disconnection into an embodied, conscious relationship with themselves, others, and life.

What we will work on

  • Over six weeks, we will explore:
  • The repeating conflict or withdrawal patterns that keep you stuck.
  • What sits beneath those patterns: fear, longing, shame, grief, hurt, protective habits, and unmet needs.
  • How to pause escalation before it takes over an evening, a weekend, or the relationship.
  • How to speak about impact and need without attack, collapse, blame, or self-erasure.
  • How to listen in ways that help each partner feel more understood, without forcing premature agreement.
  • How to repair after rupture and make room for greater intimacy, play, desire, and a shared direction.
  • The group combines carefully guided sessions with relational practice.

A first conversation to explore fit, readiness and timing.

Why group work can be powerful

There is something deeply human about growing in the company of others. A well-held group can reduce shame, widen perspective, and help couples feel less alone in what they are carrying. Group programmes also support accountability, momentum and shared learning in ways that private work alone sometimes cannot.

This does not mean your relationship becomes public. It means you are supported within a respectful and carefully guided space, alongside other couples who are also committed to change.

Is this right for you?

This programme may be right for you if both of you are willing to participate, reflect honestly, and engage the process with openness and care. You do not need to be in the same place emotionally at the start, but there does need to be enough willingness to begin.

It may not be the right fit if one or both of you want a passive experience, are not available to commit to the 6-week rhythm, or need a more intensive private intervention at this stage.

Begin the journey

If you feel that your relationship is asking for a deeper level of attention, New Life Together may be the beginning of something important. A Consultation is a simple first step to explore whether this 6-week online group is the right fit for you and your Partner.

About Aisha The approach

New Life Together is grounded in the Living from the Heart approach: an integrative way of working with relationship that brings together couples therapy, body-based awareness, emotional honesty, and practical relational skills.

I draw on more than 25 years of clinical work with individuals, couples, and groups, including Imago-informed dialogue, psychosexual therapy, Gestalt therapy, trauma-informed practice, and integrative psychotherapy.

The work is structured and practical, while making room for the deeper questions beneath conflict: how each of you protects yourselves, what you long for, what has become difficult to say, and how you might begin to find one another again.
