They include exercises and meditations for healing and a powerfully cleansing and energising experience.

These are meditations that are used on Living from The Heart. I will guide you through these powerful meditations, and teach you how to tap into the your own life-force: feel the energy flowing through your hands into your body, taking you into an infinite ocean of bliss.

Make sure you are in a quiet room with no distractions Allow some time for your meditation.

The duration of each meditation is listed below so you can plan your time accordingly.

Letting go & surrendering meditation

Letting go Meditation – Deep Surrender The most important relationship is the one you have with yourself, as is reflecting on who you choose to surround yourself with. You may decide to forge deeper bonds in certain relationships, or you may discover that a relationship is no longer serving you and may need to end. Transforming your relationships, Communicating your truth, being open, and expressing your true self are all things that a healthy relationship needs, and these areas may come to your attention if something is out of balance. Trust is the foundation upon which a relationship is built, mistrust often destroys it. Nothing weakens a relationship more than being deceitful. If trust, acceptance, positivity, attentiveness and prioritising is inconsistent, it is a potential sign of that you need to do something about it..

Someone who is not dependable is generally not a person worthy of your presence. People who value their relationships will not allow the fact that they are busy to undermine relationships. Making time for each other is an act of care. A person who values your relationship will make your presence a priority, including when you are trying to have a conversation. A good relationship is one in which you can depend on someone, or vice-versa including the time and energy necessary to maintain other relationships and take care of yourself.

Trust is the foundation upon which a relationship is built, and it is mistrust which often destroys it. Relationships are based on the freedom to love and care for someone. Genuine relationships created by two people who have chosen to love and care for each other. It’s easy for someone to show up in your life and tell you that they love you; it’s much more difficult for them to demonstrate that love consistently. People who choose to remain in your life and steadily demonstrate their love and care with wholehearted acceptance are the type individuals that you want for to sustain relationships with.

 

The Five Elements – Meditation for Harmony

The Five Element Theory is an ancient understanding of the natural world. It is expressed and experienced through the consistent movement and transformation of our environment, with the elements being interrelated and influencing each other. We as human beings are also an integral part of this system.

This theory, together with Yin and Yang, are the main methods used in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Taoism to help explain our connection to and relationship with our environment and the universe.

The Five Element Meditation follows this cycle three times.

The First cycle is to become aware of the organ by sending your appreciation and gratitude, acknowledging the organ for the work that it does, and to consciously allow a coloured cloud to envelope the organ, dissolving the excess emotion. You clear stagnant energy.

The Second Cycle energises the organ with your love and appreciation to become a precious stone, allowing the light from the universe to shine on the organ.

The Third Cycle helps spread the Qi through the whole body with your love and smile, allowing all the organs to smile with the radiance of the universe.

Taoist Meditation
Whenever you face discouragement in your life, or have feelings of hopelessness or helplessness,you can seek refuge in the magical peaceful reflections of the “Tao Te Ching” it will enable you to give and receive peace and recognise the goodness and worth of your life’s path.

Taoist Meditation

Close your eyes and you will see clearly. Cease to listen and you will hear Truth.

Be silent and your heart will sing. Seek no contacts and you will find union.

Be still and you will move forward on the tide of the spirit.

Be gentle and you will need no strength. Be patient and you will achieve all things.

Be humble and you will remain entire. Stop thinking and you will end problems.

Balancing The Masculine & Feminine Essence within

Balancing Masculine and Feminine essence.

The most profound way to create consciousness is to tend the garden of your Heart.  Begin by acknowledging, listening, and respond to the energies of you inner male and female. 

If you do not feel whole and your survival is dependent on another person, you may live in Fear of losing that person.

When you know and trust on a deep level that the person you love is a mirror of yourself, you are not dependent on them you recognise that you are in that relationship is an opportunity to learn about yourself by looking in the mirror and seeing what they reflect to you.

If you are looking at the “other half’ it can magnify your feelings of inadequacy because you are unable to do these things yourself and are reliant on another to do it for you.

By balancing your internal energies you manage balance which is  carried through to the environment around you.

For example when a woman starts to balance her energies masculine and feminine energies, the men around her will follow suit and work to rebalance his own energies to keep up with her and vice versa.

Begin by exploring the Archetypal Female and Male essence qualities found within both men and women.When these energies are out of balance you tend to demonstrate at least some of these in the following ways:

Female  or Yin tends to feels disempowered, may become manipulate to achieve results. She may feel helpless or dependant on men or male role model partner. (This can be the masculine in women or in men) They may have many physical ailments, which supplies the ground to emotionally manipulate their partner to gain his or her attention, dishonesty, overly sexualised behaviour – using sex to gain control, acting as the seductress – Aphrodite type woman, or acting like a little girl, or displaying cattiness. The more unbalanced her energies  the greater the “macho personality traits”  romantic partners in her life will carry. 

Male or Yang Tends to be controlling of people and environment, controlling of female partners, and has a fear of the feminine energy exploring his emotions/feelings. He has deep Trust issues, is Unemotional, suppressive toward women, because of his own desire to suppress his own emotional/feeling voice. The traditional macho man has a hysterical female voice in side screaming to get out, he will draw into his world needy females who also have their energies unbalanced. The more macho he is  the more his female partner will fit the description of the Female energy that is unbalanced. 

These qualities held within your Mind and Body your emotions and mental perception, your spiritual experience and expression. You create your reality from the blending of these qualities. If you tend to favour one pole or the other too much, you can create imbalance in yourself  and in your life. If you oppress or judge, over-control or misuse, deny or withhold energies from either the male or the female, it has a reciprocal effect on the other pole and expression.

The male and female energies are inherently never separate and deeply interwoven within you.

Please listen to this mediation when you are in calm and relaxed environment away rom distractions. Please pause whenever you need to have more time to complete the sections if you need more time.
